I work with adults--both individuals and couples in the areas of relationships, substance and sex addiction and life transitions (divorce, empty nest, retirement). Relationships with others (partner, boss, siblings, friends, clients) are a central source of meaning and sometimes difficulty for us. I can work with you around relationship issues, including commitment, communication, sexuality, infidelity and healthy conflict.We will look at how you show up in relationships to improve these connections. I have advanced training in EMDR (trauma), sex addiction and couples work.
I also have significant experience in working with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender clients and their families on a variety of issues including coming out, building identity, strengthening intimate relationships and finding community.
