Talking about sex is hard. Finding the right therapist to talk about it with can feel even harder. Sexuality is one of the most powerful forces in human experience, yet it's often the thing people feel most afraid to discuss, even with the people they love most.
My job is to create the safe space necessary to have that conversation. Whether you're navigating disconnection in your relationship, struggling with desire, working through shame around your sexuality, or trying to understand patterns that keep getting in the way, I want to help you move toward the intimacy you're looking for. You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. Most people don't. You just have to be willing to start the conversation.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sex Therapist (CST), and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist-Supervisor (CSAT-S) based in Northwest Arkansas. I serve as faculty with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and am completing doctoral research focused on the treatment of compulsive sexual behavior.
