I am a clinical sexologist specializing in working with individuals and couples navigating sex addiction, compulsive sexual behaviors, betrayal trauma, and affair recovery.
Much of my work with individuals struggling with problematic sexual behaviors focuses on helping them understand the impact of their actions through the lens of betrayal trauma, develop empathy, and take accountability so they can begin the process of meaningful transformation. Rebuilding trust also requires honesty, transparency, and consistency. I support clients in developing these skills to create lasting change.
I also work closely with betrayed partners, honoring their experiences and supporting them in listening to their own intuition and needs, rebuilding safety, and moving toward healing and repair.
I approach my work with a foundation of hope, compassion, and optimism while also making space for the complexity and pain that often accompany these experiences. I deeply value the trust my clients place in me as they share their vulnerabilities, challenges, and stories. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward a more authentic relationship with themselves and one another.
Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) from The International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP)
Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) from The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS)
